Broccoli (sprouting) - begin to harvest

Week 3

Cabbage (summer) - sow seeds indoors

Week 4

Broad Beans - sow seeds in pots for spring planting

Celery - sow seeds indoors

Peas / mangetout - Sow early types under cloches





MARCH

Week 1

Broad Beans - sow seeds outside in spring

Weeks 1 - 2

Carrot - sow seed of early varieties under cloches

Week 2

Brussels Sprouts - sow seed of early varieties

Garlic - plant in late winter / spring

Peas / mangetout - start to sow seeds of early types outdoors

Cabbage (summer) - sow outdoors

Spring Onions - start to sow fortnightly

Peas / mangetout - sow maincrop seeds outdoors

Spinach - sow seed outside

DEC

Provide ground cover on open areas to keep weeds down. Add mulch/manure to unused areas
